At Eco Mold Testing, community is at the heart of everything we do—and no one

represents that better than Andrew and Rachael Sharpless. As founders and local

advocates, their commitment to environmental safety and their deep connections within

Southwest Florida were front and center at this year’s Experience & Exhibition

We were proud to be a contributing vendor at this outstanding event, which brought

together professionals from across the restoration and remediation industry. The

event gave us the opportunity to share why reliable and accurate environmental

testing matters now more than ever—especially in a region like SWFL, where homes

and businesses have faced more than their share of challenges.

Trusted by the Community Since 2018

Since opening our doors in 2018, Eco Mold Testing has completed over 13,000

inspections—including mold, fire, asbestos, lead, and storm damage assessments.

We've stood side by side with our community through the aftermath of:

Hurricane Sally (2020)

Hurricane Ian (2022) – which made direct landfall in Fort Myers Beach and

Sanibel Island

Hurricane Idalia (2023) – which brought significant flooding and widespread

concerns about water damage and mold

Hurricane Milton (2024)

Hurricane Helene (2024)

With each storm, Andrew and Rachael's team has been on the ground, working with

homeowners, business owners, and trusted local restoration companies as a

neutral third-party testing provider. Their goal is always the same: to offer honest, clear,

and detailed environmental insight that helps clients take the right next step in their

recovery.

Expertise that Guides Real Solutions

Andrew Sharpless is known throughout the industry for his detailed Mold Protocols,

which provide a clear map of where mold is located, what caused it, and how to

remediate it properly. This level of transparency not only protects property values it

protects health.

Events like the Experience & Exhibition help strengthen the local network of

restoration professionals and environmental specialists. These relationships are

essential to our mission: delivering accurate testing results backed by expert

insight.

Keeping Southwest Florida Safe Together

We’re grateful to be part of a growing community of professionals who care deeply

about integrity, safety, and service. Being part of the Experience & Exhibition was

more than just a professional milestone—it was a reminder of how far we’ve come, and

how strong we are when we work together.

Whether you're a homeowner, business owner, or restoration professional, know this:

Eco Mold Testing is here for you—before, during, and after the storm.
